basic freezer meatballs
This is a simple but handy recipe for freezer meatballs. Meatballs, in and of themselves, are very simple but they can be used in so many different ways. Now and then I like to make a large batch of meatballs so I can use them to make several different meals or appetizers.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make basic freezer meatballs

Step 1In a large bowl, combine ground beef with eggs and bread crumbs.

Step 2Add in the onion and spices. Use your hands to mix well.

Step 3Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.

Step 4Place meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a 9 x 13 pan.

Step 5Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain grease and cool on paper towels.

Step 6Store meatballs in a freezer bag or container in the freezer.

Step 7Note: Sometimes I like to use ground sausage for half of the ground beef.
