My mom created these for dinner and they turned out amazing! Quick easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    onions, minced
  • 1/2 c
    barbecue sauce, bottle
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 can(s)
    biscuits

How to Make Barbeque Beef Cups

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger; add sauce, onion and brown sugar and simmer.
  2. In greased muffin tin, put 1 biscuit in each cup and shape into a cup. Then spoon the humburger mixture into the cups. (or just spoon on top)
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. remove and sprinkle with mozzarella.
