Ingredients For barbecued meatballs

1 1/2 csoft bread crumbs

1 lbground beef
-
1/2 lbground pork
-
1 cinstant dry milk

1/4 cchopped onions
-
1egg, slightly beaten

1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 tsponion powder
- BBQ SAUCE
-
1small onion, chopped
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted
-
1 slicelemon
-
1/2 tspchili powder
-
1 Tbspcelery seed
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1/4 cvinegar
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 cketchup
-
2 - 3 dashtabasco sauce
How To Make barbecued meatballs

1For meatballs: Soak bread crumbs in 1/2 cup water. Combine with next 7 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Shape into 12 medium-sized meatballs.

2Place in baking dish; cover with BBQ sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn once to prevent burning during baking. Add additional water to prevent sticking. Serve with rice.

3For BBQ Sauce: Saute onion in skillet with butter. Add remaining ingredients plus 1 cup water; mix well. Bring to a boil.
