Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup instant dry milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- BBQ SAUCE
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 slice lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 - 3 dashes tabasco sauce
How To Make barbecued meatballs

Step 1For meatballs: Soak bread crumbs in 1/2 cup water. Combine with next 7 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Shape into 12 medium-sized meatballs.

Step 2Place in baking dish; cover with BBQ sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn once to prevent burning during baking. Add additional water to prevent sticking. Serve with rice.

Step 3For BBQ Sauce: Saute onion in skillet with butter. Add remaining ingredients plus 1 cup water; mix well. Bring to a boil.
