How to Make Barbecued Brisket
- Combine ingredients (except barbecue sauce) and pour over brisket to marinate overnigvht.
- Preheat over to 300 degrees. Cook in marinade about 1 hour per pound. During the last half hour uncovder, top with barbecue sauce and continue cooking until tender.
- I sometimes put the marinated beef in a slow (175 degree) oven and let it cook all night. Then finish it at a higher heat the next day.
