Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef chuck, boneless
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 - clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 10 - french rolls, split
How To Make barbecued beef sandwiches

Step 1Place beef in slow-cooker.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients, except rolls.

Step 3Pour over meat.

Step 4Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.

Step 5Refrigerate or prepare sandwiches now.

Step 6Shred beef by pulling it apart with two forks; add 1 cup sauce.

Step 7Reheat in microwave or on stovetop.

Step 8Spoon on warm, open-face rolls.

Step 9Top with additional warm sauce, if desired.

Step 10This may be cooked a day ahead and refrigerated overnight.

Step 11Skim fat off top and reheat.
