Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin steak
- 3 - scallions
- 4 - cloves garlic
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make barbecued beef (korean bul kogi)

Step 1Slice the steak very thin on the bias.

Step 2Score each piece with an X.

Step 3Chop the scallions and crush the garlic.

Step 4Combine these ingredients with the remaining seasonings in a bowl.

Step 5Add the meat to the marinade and mix well until all sides of the steak are coated.
