Ingredients For barbecued beef

3 lbchuck roast

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspliquid smoke flavoring

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/4 cred wine vinegar

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 Tbspdijon mustard

1/2 cketchup

1/4 tspgarlic powder
How To Make barbecued beef

1Place chuck roast in crockpot.

2Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.

3Pour barbecue sauce mixture over chuck roast.

4Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or 4 to 5 hours on high.

5Remove chuck roast from crockpot and shred meat.

6Place shredded meat back in crockpot.

7Stir meat to evenly coat with sauce.

8Spoon meat onto sandwich buns and top with additional barbecue sauce if desired.
