chuck roast
1/2 c
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
garlic powder

How to Make Barbecued Beef


  • 1Place chuck roast in crockpot.
  • 2Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
  • 3Pour barbecue sauce mixture over chuck roast.
  • 4Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or 4 to 5 hours on high.
  • 5Remove chuck roast from crockpot and shred meat.
  • 6Place shredded meat back in crockpot.
  • 7Stir meat to evenly coat with sauce.
  • 8Spoon meat onto sandwich buns and top with additional barbecue sauce if desired.
