- 1 3/4 to 2 pounds baby beef ribs
- BASTING SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash dry mustard
How To Make barbecued baby beef ribs (oven version)

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2Wipe ribs with wet towel or with damp paper towels.

Step 3Place ribs in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan.

Step 4Roast ribs at 450 degrees F for about 20 minutes, turning once.

Step 5Prepare basting sauce by mixing all ingredients together.

Step 6Remove ribs from oven.

Step 7Brush ribs with sauce on both sides.

Step 8Return to oven.

Step 9Bake at 450 degrees F for about 20 minutes longer or until ribs are tender.

Step 10Baste with remaining sauce from time to time while baking.

Step 11If ribs start getting too dark, cover with aluminum foil and reduce heat to 400 degrees F for the last 10 minutes of baking time.
