Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 - egg whites
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
How To Make barbecue meat loaf

Step 1Place all ingredients except beef in mixer bowl and mix at low speed to blend well.

Step 2Add beef to ketchup mixture and mix at low speed until blended.

Step 3Do not overmix.

Step 4Shape into a loaf about 3 1/2x7 inches.

Step 5Place in a pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or lined with aluminum foil.

Step 6Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until browned and firm.

Step 7Pour off any fat and drippings and let set for 10 minutes before cutting into 6 equal slices.

Step 8Serve 1 slice per serving.
