barbecue macaroni with corn and scallions

Tried this the other night. I added some ground beef to it, and it was pretty good.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups dry elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 3/4 cup purchased barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups halved cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
How To Make barbecue macaroni with corn and scallions

Step 1Cook macaroni as pkg. directs. Add corn to same pot 2 minutes before pasta is done cooking. Strain pasta and corn, reserving the pasta cooking water. Mix barbecue sauce and chili powder in large bowl. Stir in macaroni, corn, tomatoes, and scallions until mixed. If sauce becomes too thick, stir in enough reserved pasta water to thin it out. Serves 6
