- 3 pounds beef rump roast
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 package hamburger buns

Step 1Rub flour into roast.

Step 2Place in bottom of crockpot and add remaining ingredients, except buns.

Step 3Cook on low for about 14-16 hours.

Step 4Serve over buns.
