onions, finely chopped
green peppers, chopped
6 oz
tomato paste
2 tsp
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
cider vinegar
3 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
dry mustard

How to Make Bar-B-Que Beef


  • 1Combine the ingredients and put into a slow cooker or crockpot in order given.
  • 2Use a 3 1/2 - 5 quart cooker.
  • 3Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.
  • 4With a wire whisk, stir mixture until meat is shredded.
  • 5Serve on long hard rolls or hamburger buns.
