Ingredients For bar-b-que beef in crockpot

3 lb

beef roast
2 c

chopped onion
2 c

chopped green pepper
1 can

6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 c

brown sugar
1/4 c

cider vinegar
3 Tbsp

chili powder
2 tsp

salt
2 tsp

worchestershire sauce
1 c

beef broth

How To Make bar-b-que beef in crockpot

Place roast in bottom of crockpot. Mix all other ingredients and pour over roast.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Shred meat and serve on buns.
