I love A good recipe for Flank Steak! This one is quick and simple. Only a couple ingredients. Double it twice for a pound of meat. I am making it today..so will be posting a picture soon. Thanks friend for this recipe...

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound flank steak
  • 1/3 cup italian dressing, oil based
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make balsamic flank steak

  • Step 1
    Combine steak, dressing, vinegar and pepper in plastic food-storage bag.
  • Step 2
    Secure with twist tie and marinate 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Preheat broiler.
  • Step 4
    Remove steak from marinade.
  • Step 5
    Discard any excess marinade.
  • Step 6
    Broil steak 6 inches from heat for 4 minutes each side for medium-rare or to desired doneness.
  • Step 7
    Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Slice thinly across the grain. A great beef recipe to use in your favorite dish..like tacos, etc.....
