I created this recipe and it makes a lot! This is great for pot lucks or family gatherings. There seem to be a lot of ingredients but it is an extremely easy recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients For baked ziti

1 pkgbulk italian sausage

1 pkgbulk hot italian sausage

1 pkgground beef (80/20)

1 pkghard salami, sliced
-
1 pkgpepperoni
-
1 lgwhite onion
-
1 boxziti pasta, cooked
-
2 canpre-made tomato/spaghetti sauce (hunt's, prego, etc.)

1 lgbag of shredded mozzarella cheese

2-3 Tbsp(heaping) chopped garlic (the stuff in a jar is fine)
How To Make baked ziti

1Brown the mild sausage, hot sausage, and ground beef (I like to do it separately) and put into a very large mixing bowl. Dice the salami and pepperoni and add to the bowl.

2Cook the pasta until almost al dente and drain. Add to the bowl, mix in the tomato/spaghetti sauce, the garlic (to your taste), and a handful or more of the cheese (again to your taste).

3Place in a very large casserole dish or any other large baking dish. Cover with more of the shredded cheese (as much or as little as you like) and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and bubbly.
