(1 RATING)
I created this recipe and it makes a lot! This is great for pot lucks or family gatherings. There seem to be a lot of ingredients but it is an extremely easy recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 package bulk italian sausage
- 1 package bulk hot italian sausage
- 1 package ground beef (80/20)
- 1 package hard salami, sliced
- 1 package pepperoni
- 1 large white onion
- 1 box ziti pasta, cooked
- 2 cans pre-made tomato/spaghetti sauce (hunt's, prego, etc.)
- 1 large bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons (heaping) chopped garlic (the stuff in a jar is fine)
How To Make baked ziti
-
Step 1Brown the mild sausage, hot sausage, and ground beef (I like to do it separately) and put into a very large mixing bowl. Dice the salami and pepperoni and add to the bowl.
-
Step 2Cook the pasta until almost al dente and drain. Add to the bowl, mix in the tomato/spaghetti sauce, the garlic (to your taste), and a handful or more of the cheese (again to your taste).
-
Step 3Place in a very large casserole dish or any other large baking dish. Cover with more of the shredded cheese (as much or as little as you like) and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and bubbly.
