How to Make Baked Swiss Steak
1Roll meat in flour and brown in fat in skillet.
2Place in a large, deep baking dish.
3Cut onion, pepper, celery and carrots in large pieces and add to the meat.
4Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
5Bake, covered, for 2 or more hours at 325, until tender.
