My dad made up this recipe when I was little and we love it. He was always inventing new recipes - especially when mom was at work.

2- 3 round steaks
a-1 steak sauce
butter, softened
1- onion sliced thin
optional- canned mushrooms
adolphs meat tenderizer

How To Make baked steak

Step 1

Sprinkle steak on both sides with seasoning. Spread buter on steak - both sides- Put sliced onions on top.

Step 2

Bake at 350 degrees for an hour and 1/2
