Ingredients
- 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes w/garlic, oregano and basil, undrained
- 12 ounces homestyle beef gravy
- 1 pound frozen fully cooked italian meatballs, thawed
- 1/2 cup coarsley shredded carrot
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
How To Make baked meatballs w/vegetable gravy

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In ungreased 12x8 baking dish combine tomatoes and gravy; mix well. Add all remaining ingredients and stir gently to coat with tomato mixture. Cover tightly with foil

Step 2Bake for 50-60 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly heated and vegetables are tender.
