My sister always made this goulash. I have served it to guests and they gobble it down. It is easy and very good eats.

Ingredients For baked goulash

  • 1 lb
    ground beef, lean
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1 lb
    tomatoes
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 c
    macaroni, dry
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 clove
    garlic, minced

How To Make baked goulash

  • 1
    Cook macaroni till al dente.
  • 2
    Brown ground beef with onion. Add tomatoes, garlic, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper and cooked macaroni. Stir.
  • 3
    Pour into casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or till hot and bubbly.
  • 4
    Cheddar cheese can be sprinkled on top before baking, or put in goulash when plated.
