My sister always made this goulash. I have served it to guests and they gobble it down. It is easy and very good eats.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, lean
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pound tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 cup macaroni, dry
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
How To Make baked goulash

Step 1Cook macaroni till al dente.

Step 2Brown ground beef with onion. Add tomatoes, garlic, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper and cooked macaroni. Stir.

Step 3Pour into casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or till hot and bubbly.

Step 4Cheddar cheese can be sprinkled on top before baking, or put in goulash when plated.
