Ingredients

2 lblean ground beef

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 conion

1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup, fat-free

1 can(s)green chiles diced
-
8 ozfat free sour cream
-
12tortillas, flour
-
2 ccheddar jack cheese, shredded

1 can(s)red enchilada sauce
How to Make Baked Burritoes
- Preheat oven to 375
Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion in a skillet on medium heat. Drain the grease off. - Add the soup,green chilis, and sour cream. Warm the tortillas in the microwave to make the, easier to roll up. Put 1/2 cup meat mixture and 1/8 cup cheese in each tortilla and roll up.
- Place each rolled tortilla in a 13X9 baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over the top. Tope with additional shredded cheese. Bake at 375 until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
- Serve with mexican rice and refried beans. You can substitute shredded beef,chicken, or pork for the ground beef.
