Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
- 1 can green chiles diced
- 8 ounces fat free sour cream
- 12 - tortillas, flour
- 2 cups cheddar jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can red enchilada sauce
How To Make baked burritoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion in a skillet on medium heat. Drain the grease off.

Step 2Add the soup,green chilis, and sour cream. Warm the tortillas in the microwave to make the, easier to roll up. Put 1/2 cup meat mixture and 1/8 cup cheese in each tortilla and roll up.

Step 3Place each rolled tortilla in a 13X9 baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over the top. Tope with additional shredded cheese. Bake at 375 until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.

Step 4Serve with mexican rice and refried beans. You can substitute shredded beef,chicken, or pork for the ground beef.
