lean ground beef
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 c
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
1 can(s)
green chiles diced
8 oz
fat free sour cream
tortillas, flour
2 c
cheddar jack cheese, shredded
1 can(s)
red enchilada sauce

How to Make Baked Burritoes


  • 1Preheat oven to 375

    Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion in a skillet on medium heat. Drain the grease off.
  • 2Add the soup,green chilis, and sour cream. Warm the tortillas in the microwave to make the, easier to roll up. Put 1/2 cup meat mixture and 1/8 cup cheese in each tortilla and roll up.
  • 3Place each rolled tortilla in a 13X9 baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over the top. Tope with additional shredded cheese. Bake at 375 until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
  • 4Serve with mexican rice and refried beans. You can substitute shredded beef,chicken, or pork for the ground beef.
