Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 - garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 package dry onion soup
  • 1/2 cup beer

How To Make baked beer burgers

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400.
  • Step 2
    Combine meat, pepper, pepper sauce, garlic, chili sauce, dry onion soup mix and 1/4 cup beer.
  • Step 3
    Shape into 6 patties.
  • Step 4
    Bake until brown, about 10 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Baste with remaining 1/4 cup of the beer.
  • Step 6
    Continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, until well done.
