- 2 pounds ground beef
- pinch pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 - garlic clove, crushed
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 package dry onion soup
- 1/2 cup beer
How To Make baked beer burgers

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2Combine meat, pepper, pepper sauce, garlic, chili sauce, dry onion soup mix and 1/4 cup beer.

Step 3Shape into 6 patties.

Step 4Bake until brown, about 10 minutes.

Step 5Baste with remaining 1/4 cup of the beer.

Step 6Continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, until well done.
