1 tsphot pepper sauce

1garlic clove, crushed

1/3 cchili sauce

1/2 pkgdry onion soup

How To Make baked beer burgers

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Combine meat, pepper, pepper sauce, garlic, chili sauce, dry onion soup mix and 1/4 cup beer.

3Shape into 6 patties.

4Bake until brown, about 10 minutes.

5Baste with remaining 1/4 cup of the beer.

6Continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, until well done.
