Ingredients
- 1 - 5-6 lb. chuck roast
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 cups ginger ale
- 3 cups catsup
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice

How To Make bake-all-day barbecue beef

Step 1Place roast in a large roasting pan. Combine next 10 ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 6-8 hours or until tender. Shred meat and serve on buns. Makes 12 servings.
