Ingredients
- MEATLOAF
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 - eggs slightly beaten
- 1 - diced yellow onion
- 1 - diced bell pepper
- 2 - slices of white bread torn into pieces (i use the end pieces)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 - 12 oz package of bacon
- - salt and pepper to taste
- SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2-3 dashes worcestershire sauce
How To Make bacon wrapped meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl combine all ingredients for meatloaf, except for bacon and mix well. Form into a loaf and begin wrapping the loaf with bacon strips pulling tightly trying not to leave space between the bacon strips but not overlapping them too much either. bake for 45 minutes in a shallow baking dish

Step 2Take meatloaf out of oven after 45 minutes and brush with the combined sauce ingredients, put back in oven and finish baking another 45 minutes or until center of loaf is no longer pink.
