- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 1 package bacon
- 1 - onion, diced
- - parsley
- - garlic powder
- - cracker meal
- - ground beef seasoning
How To Make bacon wrapped meatloaf

Step 1Place ground beef in large bowl, add parsley, garlic powder and ground beef seasoning according to taste.

Step 2Blend in onion, then add eggs.

Step 3Add cracker meal until firm.

Step 4Form loaf.

Step 5Place on a rack in a roasting pan, wrapping bacon on bottom first.

Step 6Wrap entire loaf with bacon so that strips overlap.

Step 7Crisscross bacon strips on top to hold firm.

Step 8Bake at 325 degrees to 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until firm.
