How to Make Bacon Wrapped MeatLoaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place ground beef in large bowl, add parsley, garlic powder and ground beef seasoning according to taste.
  • 2Blend in onion, then add eggs.
  • 3Add cracker meal until firm.
  • 4Form loaf.
  • 5Place on a rack in a roasting pan, wrapping bacon on bottom first.
  • 6Wrap entire loaf with bacon so that strips overlap.
  • 7Crisscross bacon strips on top to hold firm.
  • 8Bake at 325 degrees to 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until firm.
