- 1Place ground beef in large bowl, add parsley, garlic powder and ground beef seasoning according to taste.
- 2Blend in onion, then add eggs.
- 3Add cracker meal until firm.
- 4Form loaf.
- 5Place on a rack in a roasting pan, wrapping bacon on bottom first.
- 6Wrap entire loaf with bacon so that strips overlap.
- 7Crisscross bacon strips on top to hold firm.
- 8Bake at 325 degrees to 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until firm.
