Ingredients
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
How To Make bacon-wrapped little loaves

Step 1Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix all of the ingredients, except the bacon, together.

Step 3Shape the mixture into 6 small loaves.

Step 4Crisscross 2 of the half slices of bacon across each loaf, tucking the ends under each loaf.

Step 5Place the loaves on a rack in a shallow baking pan and bake uncovered for 50 minutes.

Step 6Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
