bacon wrapped chili cheese dogs
When I saw a picture over on Pinterest of a weiner wrapped in bacon, I knew I had to try it with our chili cheese dogs. For the bacon lovers that we are, we were quite pleased with the bacon flavor in these dogs! Uncle Gary's Gourment Peppers just put em over the top! And, we eat em with a fork!

Ingredients
- - beef weiners
- - bacon
- - hot dog buns
- - mustard
- - chili
- - uncle gary's gourment peppers
- - sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make bacon wrapped chili cheese dogs

Step 1Wrap weiners with 1/2 slice of bacon; secure each end with a toothpick.

Step 2Grill on all sides until bacon is crisp. -
Step 3Spread mustard on buns; insert grilled dogs.

Step 4Top with hot chili, some peppers, and top with cheese. If you like add a few more pepper to the top of cheese. NOTE: You can used canned hotdog chili or homemade, which ever you perfer. When I use canned (store bought) chili, I add fresh diced tomatoes, cumin and a little salt and pepper.
