  • 7 slice
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 tsp
    each salt and garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 medium
    onion sliced thinly
  • 4
    sharp cheddar cheese sticks
  • ·
    favorite bbq sauce

How to Make Bacon Sushi


  1. Get out a sushi mat. Lay the bacon on the mat.
  2. Top the bacon with the ground beef and season with salt pepper and garlic powder
  3. Sprinkle the onions over top
  4. Place 4 cheese sticks at one end.
  5. using the mat roll up sushi style then close in the ends
  6. Place on foil lined baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Basting with BBQ sauce twice.
  8. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes then cut into sushi pieces
