Ingredients
- 7 slices bacon
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon each salt and garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 medium onion sliced thinly
- 4 - sharp cheddar cheese sticks
- - favorite bbq sauce
How To Make bacon sushi

Step 1Get out a sushi mat. Lay the bacon on the mat.

Step 2Top the bacon with the ground beef and season with salt pepper and garlic powder

Step 3Sprinkle the onions over top

Step 4Place 4 cheese sticks at one end.

Step 5using the mat roll up sushi style then close in the ends

Step 6Place on foil lined baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Basting with BBQ sauce twice.

Step 8Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes then cut into sushi pieces
