Ingredients

7 slice
bacon
1 lb
ground beef
1 tsp
each salt and garlic powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 medium
onion sliced thinly
4
sharp cheddar cheese sticks
favorite bbq sauce

How to Make Bacon Sushi

Step-by-Step

  • 1Get out a sushi mat. Lay the bacon on the mat.
  • 2Top the bacon with the ground beef and season with salt pepper and garlic powder
  • 3Sprinkle the onions over top
  • 4Place 4 cheese sticks at one end.
  • 5using the mat roll up sushi style then close in the ends
  • 6Place on foil lined baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce
  • 7Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Basting with BBQ sauce twice.
  • 8Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes then cut into sushi pieces
