Ingredients

  • 7 slices bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon each salt and garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium onion sliced thinly
  • 4 - sharp cheddar cheese sticks
  • - favorite bbq sauce

How To Make bacon sushi

  • Step 1
    Get out a sushi mat. Lay the bacon on the mat.
  • Step 2
    Top the bacon with the ground beef and season with salt pepper and garlic powder
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle the onions over top
  • Step 4
    Place 4 cheese sticks at one end.
  • Step 5
    using the mat roll up sushi style then close in the ends
  • Step 6
    Place on foil lined baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce
  • Step 7
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Basting with BBQ sauce twice.
  • Step 8
    Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes then cut into sushi pieces
