bacon cheeseburger sliders
These bacon cheeseburger sliders were quick, simple and delicious. My kids raved over them! I will be making them again soon. Hope you give them a try.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
There is just something about a delicious slider. The burger has the perfect amount of seasoning from the onion soup mix and Worcestershire. The melted cheese adds an extra goodness and, of course, everything is better with a bit of bacon. We love the use of the Hawaiian rolls too. They add an extra sweet touch to this yummy burger.

Ingredients
- 1 package Hawaiian bread rolls
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 4 slices thick sliced American cheese
- 4 slices thick cut applewood bacon (I bake mine until done)
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
How To Make bacon cheeseburger sliders
-
Step 1Preheat a flat grill top for the stove to medium heat. Mix ground beef with onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce very well.
-
Step 2Make very thin patties to fit the size of the rolls. Cook on both sides 2-3 minutes.
-
Step 3Cut the cheese slices into four squares and place a square of cheese on each hamburger patty. Let melt.
-
Step 4Cut rolls in half. Add a cheeseburger, torn bacon piece and any of your favorite toppings. Some of mine include lettuce, stone ground mustard, mayo, dill pickle slices, tomato, avocado slices, and onion. You can add any combination of your faves!!
