Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 4 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1
    egg, 1 egg white (beaten)
  • 1/4 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 8 oz
    freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    french's fried onions (3 oz. can)
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, bacon, eggs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, panko, salt and pepper.
  3. Form into a loaf and place in a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake in the middle rack for 40 minutes. Remove and place cheddar cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove again and place French’s onions on top of entire loaf. Bake an additional ten minutes.
  4. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
