Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 - egg, 1 egg white (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 8 ounces freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can french's fried onions (3 oz. can)
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make bacon cheeseburger meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine the beef, bacon, eggs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, panko, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Form into a loaf and place in a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake in the middle rack for 40 minutes. Remove and place cheddar cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove again and place French’s onions on top of entire loaf. Bake an additional ten minutes.
  • Step 4
    Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
