I got this recipe from my Aunt Becky, it sounded good and tasted even better when I made it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 10 slices slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package (8oz) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 - eggs, slighty beaten
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise (not salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 - 3oz can french fried onions

How To Make bacon cheeseburger meatloaf

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck and the next 8 ingredients, mixing well.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard. Stir 1/4 cup into meat mixture.
  • Step 3
    Press meat mixture into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over loaf.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Top with french fried onions and bake another 10-15 minutes
