Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground chuck
  • 10 slice
    slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 pkg
    (8oz) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2
    eggs, slighty beaten
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    mayonaise (not salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/3 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1
    3oz can french fried onions

How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck and the next 8 ingredients, mixing well.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard. Stir 1/4 cup into meat mixture.
  3. Press meat mixture into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over loaf.
  4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Top with french fried onions and bake another 10-15 minutes
