My husband loves bacon and cheese and i came up with this recipe for him and he loves it

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 pounds of 85% ground beef
- 1 to 2 pounds of 93% ground beef
- 8 to 10 slices of low sodium bacon
- 1 small onion
- - garlic powder
- - onion powder
- - salt
- - pepper
- 3 tablespoons of bbq sauce
- 2 cups sharp shredded cheese save your second cup for top of your cooked burgers
- 6 to 8 slices american cheese
How To Make bacon cheese burgers !

Step 1Dice your onion into small bite size pieces and cut up your bacon into small bite size pieces as well . in a small frying pan cook your onion and bacon until your bacon is slightly crisp. drain on paper towel and set aside to cool slightly

Step 2in a large bowl add your ground beef your seasonings and bbq sauce add cheese and your slightly cool onions and bacon and mix together using your hands . form into patties and cook them on your grill or a frying pan i use an indoor grill when making mine .

Step 3once your burgers are almost ready to come off your grill or out of your frying pan top with your remaining cheddar cheese and place your slice american cheese on top to melt ... enjoy
