  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 16 oz. can(s)
    butter beans
  • 16 oz. can(s)
    pork and beans (pork removed)
  • 16 oz. can(s)
    pinto beans
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Backyard Baked Beans


  1. Brown ground beef, bacon and onion together. DO NOT DRAIN.


    Combine all ingredients together and bake (uncovered) for 1 ½ hours at 350°F.

    This is a meal in itself. Bake in a 9"x13" pan.

    (I use a large casserole dish.)
