How To Make backed steak

Step 1pound round steak with meat mallet to tenderize cut into pieces for each serving mix together flour salt ,pepper ,garlic ,seasoning salt coat each piece in flour mixer pan fry to brown both sides place in oven safe dish

Step 2use pan drippings add wondra flour to 2 cups water mix well add to pan drippings to form a gravy pour over steak cover with foil bake at 350 for 2 hrs
