Folks, this recipe has been a generational favorite in Matt Dobbe's family (my daughter's boyfriend). Recently I was visiting with my daughter to care for her and the girls after she had ankle surgery and Matt made these as a welcome meal. They made a triple batch and they disappeared very quickly. The recipe below makes six good size one serving meatloaves or large meatballs or lots of cocktails size meatballs shown here.

  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup catsup

How To Make baby meat loaves

  • Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the first seven ingredients using a light hand. Over mixing can cause them to be tough. Shape into six small meatloaves or large meatballs.
