This recipe was given to me from a friend my family loves it. Its great to start during the day and have for a bonfire or for game day. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

  • 5 lb
    80 - 90% lean ground beef
  • 3 large
    bell peppers
  • 1 large
    onion (chopped)
  • 1 can(s)
    strewed tomatoes chopped (lg can)
  • 10 oz
    cans tomatoes sause (10 10oz cans)
  • 1/2 can(s)
    tomatoes paste
  • 1 jar(s)
    chili powder (i us surfine from dollar general)
  • ·
    garlic powder
  • ·
    season salt
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Award Winning Chili


  1. Brown ground meat with onions and the seasoning.
  2. Drain off the fat.
  3. Add bell peppers, stewed tomatoes, kideny beans, Tomatoes sauce, tomatoes paste, sugar. Stir every 10-15 mins for 3 - 4 hours.
