My Aunt Sue made this when I was a kid and now I serve it to my family. It is easy and very tasty. A co-worker that I shared the recipe with calls it "Lazy Glumpky"

  • 1 can(s)
    tomato soup
  • 6 c
    shredderd cabbge

How to Make Aunt Susie's Cabbage Casserole


  1. Saute the beef and drain off the fat. Reserve
  2. In the same skillet that you sauted the beef saute the cabbage to soft. You may want to add in a bit of water periodically and cover to help process along.
  3. Layer the cabbage and beef (starting with cabbage and ending with cabbage) in a casserole (spray it with Pam)
  4. Top with undiluted tomato soup.
  5. Cover your casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
