My Aunt Sue made this when I was a kid and now I serve it to my family. It is easy and very tasty. A co-worker that I shared the recipe with calls it "Lazy Glumpky"

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 6 cups shredderd cabbge
How To Make aunt susie's cabbage casserole

Step 1Saute the beef and drain off the fat. Reserve

Step 2In the same skillet that you sauted the beef saute the cabbage to soft. You may want to add in a bit of water periodically and cover to help process along.

Step 3Layer the cabbage and beef (starting with cabbage and ending with cabbage) in a casserole (spray it with Pam)

Step 4Top with undiluted tomato soup.

Step 5Cover your casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
