My Aunt Sue made this when I was a kid and now I serve it to my family. It is easy and very tasty. A co-worker that I shared the recipe with calls it "Lazy Glumpky"

How to Make Aunt Susie's Cabbage Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Saute the beef and drain off the fat. Reserve
  • 2In the same skillet that you sauted the beef saute the cabbage to soft. You may want to add in a bit of water periodically and cover to help process along.
  • 3Layer the cabbage and beef (starting with cabbage and ending with cabbage) in a casserole (spray it with Pam)
  • 4Top with undiluted tomato soup.
  • 5Cover your casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
