How to Make Aunt Susie's Cabbage Casserole
- Saute the beef and drain off the fat. Reserve
- In the same skillet that you sauted the beef saute the cabbage to soft. You may want to add in a bit of water periodically and cover to help process along.
- Layer the cabbage and beef (starting with cabbage and ending with cabbage) in a casserole (spray it with Pam)
- Top with undiluted tomato soup.
- Cover your casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
