This recipe is my aunt's.. but I have shared it with everyone I know. We make it quite a few times a year. Perfect Sunday dinner, and make killer sandwiches the next day (if there are any leftovers!)Serve with mashed potatoes, or egg noodles. It makes a lot of gravy! Couldn't be easier to make.

Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds boneless chuck roast
- 1 package brown gravy mix - dry
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 small onion - chopped
- 1/4 cup butter

Step 1Preheat the oven to 325. Place the roast in a large casserole that has a lid. Combine the the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and warm until well blended. Pour mixture over roast, cover, pop it it the oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours! That's it! Melt in your mouth tender..
