Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound italian pork sausage
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 2 - large eggs
- 1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons lipton onion soup mix
How To Make aunt betty's meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*. Place all but the soup mix together in a bowl.

Step 2Add 1/2 of the soup mix package and mix well. Form into a loaf shape and place into dutch oven. Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix over the top and add 1/2 cup water.

Step 3Cook for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 155* to 160*. Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

Step 4If using a Crock Pot, follow above directions but place in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
