1 lbground beef
1/2 lbitalian pork sausage
2 Tbspdried onion flakes
1/2 csaltine cracker crumbs
1/2 tspkosher salt
1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper
1 tspworcestershire sauce
4 Tbsplipton onion soup mix
How to Make Aunt Betty's Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 350*. Place all but the soup mix together in a bowl.
- Add 1/2 of the soup mix package and mix well. Form into a loaf shape and place into dutch oven. Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix over the top and add 1/2 cup water.
- Cook for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 155* to 160*. Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
- If using a Crock Pot, follow above directions but place in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
