I CAME UP WITH THIS WHEN I THAWED THE WRONG MEAT. WHEN I SEEN GROUND BEEF I WAS LIKE, WELL I GUESS MEATLOAF IT IS. SO I PLAYED AND CAME UP WITH THIS, IT IS NOW THE ONLY MEATLOAF I MAKE.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 - egg slightly beaten
- 1 - small onion grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/4 cup canned chopped water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup cooked long grain brown rice
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Step 1IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT SESAME SEEDS. FORM INTO A 6 INCH ROUND LOAF, PRESS SESAME SEEDS INTO THE TOP OF THE LOAF. PLACE LOAF IN SLOW COOKER. COOK ON LOW FOR 4 HOURS. REMOVE FROM SLOW COOKER, LET SET 10-15 MINUTES AND SLICE.
