Ingredients

  • 5 large chicken livers, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili crisp

How To Make asian inspired spicy chicken livers

  • Step 1
    Put water in a stock pot and salt it. Get it boiling, then add the livers and turn the heat down. Let it cook for about 4 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Drain the livers and add to the sauce.
