- 5 large chicken livers, cut into 4 pieces
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp
How To Make asian inspired spicy chicken livers

Step 1Put water in a stock pot and salt it. Get it boiling, then add the livers and turn the heat down. Let it cook for about 4 minutes.

Step 2Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 3Drain the livers and add to the sauce.
