Ingredients
- NOODLES
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- STIR FRY
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 4 green onions diced
- 4 ounces shittake mushrooms diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons saki
- 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon each toasted sesame oil and white pepper
- GARNISH
- fresh cilantro chopped
How To Make asian burger noodle bowl

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.

Step 2In a wok or large skillet add the oil. Add the onion, garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms stir fry another 3 minutes. Add the ground beef and green onions. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Add the sauce and cook until heated through.

Step 3Serve over the noodles and garnish with cilantro
