Ingredients

  • NOODLES

  • 8 oz
    rice noodles
  • STIR FRY

  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 small
    onion diced
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger minced
  • 4
    green onions diced
  • 4 oz
    shittake mushrooms diced
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • SAUCE

  • 2 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    saki
  • 3 Tbsp
    dark soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    each toasted sesame oil and white pepper
  • GARNISH

    fresh cilantro chopped

How to Make Asian Burger Noodle Bowl

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside.
    Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.
  2. In a wok or large skillet add the oil. Add the onion, garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms stir fry another 3 minutes. Add the ground beef and green onions. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Add the sauce and cook until heated through.
  3. Serve over the noodles and garnish with cilantro
