  2. heat a non-stick grill pan over high heat until very hot. working in batches, drain the excess mixture from themeat strips into a bowl, quickly grill the steak, turning one time until seared and cooked through, about 2 min, meanwhile, pour the mixture into a small saucepan an bring to a simmer over light heat. cook till reduced an thickened, 5 min.
  3. put the cooked beef on a cutting board, roll the strips lengthwise an spear each roll with a tooth pick.drizzle thethickened mixture over them on a serving platter. serve ummmmmm
