  1. whisk the lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, an chili sauce until combined in a glass baking dish. slice steak into very thin strips an place in the baking dish with the mixture, tossing to coat. cover with plastic wrap an let stand room temp 20 min.
  2. heat a non-stick grill pan over high heat until very hot. working in batches, drain the excess mixture from themeat strips into a bowl, quickly grill the steak, turning one time until seared and cooked through, about 2 min, meanwhile, pour the mixture into a small saucepan an bring to a simmer over light heat. cook till reduced an thickened, 5 min.
  3. put the cooked beef on a cutting board, roll the strips lengthwise an spear each roll with a tooth pick.drizzle thethickened mixture over them on a serving platter. serve ummmmmm
