- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chuck steak; 1 1/2 inches thick, sliced thin.
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 16 ounces fresh broccoli florets
- - hot cooked rice
- OPTIONAL
- - sesame seeds
How To Make asian beef and broccoli (crock pot)

Step 1Place steak in a 6-quart Crock-Pot. Pour consomme and oyster sauce over meat. Cover and cook on high 3 hours.

Step 2Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cooking liquid in a cup. Add to Crock-Pot. stir well to combine. Cover and cook 15 minutes longer.

Step 3Steam broccoli (to your liking). Gently toss beef and broccoli together.

Step 4Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
