Asian Beef and Broccoli (crock pot)
boneless chuck steak; 1 1/2 inches thick, sliced thin.
fresh broccoli florets
1Place steak in a 6-quart Crock-Pot. Pour consomme and oyster sauce over meat. Cover and cook on high 3 hours.
2Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cooking liquid in a cup. Add to Crock-Pot. stir well to combine. Cover and cook 15 minutes longer.
3Steam broccoli (to your liking). Gently toss beef and broccoli together.
4Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
