Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 large
    onion, diced
  • 1 large
    bell pepper, diced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 can(s)
    8 oz, tomato sauce
  • 1 1/4 c
    dry cooking wine
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 pkg
    goya sazon if you can get it.
  • ·
    spanish salad olives, about 3 tablespoons, no pits

How to Make Arroz con Picadillo

Step-by-Step

  1. In a semi-deep pan, cook meat, onions, peppers, garlic, and olives. Drain fat.
  2. add all other ingredients and cook on low for about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve over white rice.
