Ingredients
- 2 pounds flank steak
- MARINADE
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves , chopped fine
- 1 - serrano chile, finely minced
How To Make argentine grilled flank steak

Step 1Put all ingredients into a large zip top bag.

Step 2Mix the ingredients well. Add the steak and mix well.

Step 3Refrigerate the zip bag overnight.

Step 4Remove steak from refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking.

Step 5Preheat your grill on high.

Step 6Remove steak from marinade.

Step 7Cook steak 2 minutes on 1 side then flip over and cook 1 1/2 minutes. Check to make sure the steak is done to your preference. If not, cook steak longer.

Step 8Let the steak sit for 10 minutes before slicing.

Step 9Some people like to top their steak with marinade when eating. Make extra marinade to top steak. Do not use the marinade the steak was in.
