A great meatloaf with a hint of apple. I got this recipe out of a church supper cookbook. I haven't tried it but i think it sounds good. Be sure to let me know how it is.

Ingredients
- 1 large onion,finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 2 cups finely chopped peeled & cored apples
- 3 large eggs..beaten
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard or 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
How To Make apple meatloaf

Step 1Saute onion in butter until soft. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix. Form into a loaf and place in a 10"x14" baking pan or pack into a greased large loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
