I saw all kinds of recipes on here for tatertot casserole so took a look at several and then played with it till I got a result my family LOVED!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground turkey or ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 medium
    onion diced or 1/4 cup onion flakes to save time
  • 3 lb
    frozen tater tots
  • 1 pkg
    mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 2 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How to Make Another TaterTot Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Brown the ground turkey or beef with the onion and garlic powder in skillet then drain and add the package of taco seasoning.
  2. In 9x13 casserole dish place the meat on bottom. Next add your frozen vegetables. And finally cover it all with a layer of the frozen tater tots.
  3. In seperate bowl mix the milk, sour cream and both cans of soup until smooth pour this over the top of your casserole and place into the oven for 30 minutes remove from oven to add your shredded cheese then allow to cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve and Enjoy.
