Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 slices bread, torn in pieces
- 1 tablespoon onion, dehydrated and minced
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup ketchup
How To Make anniversary burgers

Step 1Light a charcoal fire.

Step 2Mix eggs with cream and milk, then add torn-up bread, onion, salt, horseradish, pepper, thyme and dry mustard.

Step 3Stir well, let stand for 10 minutes, then stir well again, until all is well moistened and the bread is no longer in pieces.

Step 4Add ground beef and mix well.

Step 5Melt butter with ketchup and keep warm.

Step 6Measure out beef in 1/2 cup increments and form patties.

Step 7Grill over hot coals on one side.

Step 8Turn and brush with butter-ketchup mixture.

Step 9Grill other side.

Step 10Serve hot.
