Ingredients
- 5 large baking potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 ounce onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt, more if needed
- 1 cup milk
- 5 large eggs
How To Make angelina's serbian moussaka

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*

Step 2Thinly slice the potatoes and mince the onion. Brown the hamburger meat with the salt, pepper and onions.

Step 3Place a layer a potatoes in a 13 x 9 inch pan, and then sprinkle ground beef evenly over the top.

Step 4Repeat layers, ending with beef, until the layers come to 1/4 inch of the top of the pan.

Step 5Whisk the eggs and milk together, and pour over the meat and potatoes. Cover with foil.

Step 6Bake for about an hour, until the potatoes are tender.
