How to Make Amish Homemade Salami

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix everything together and shape into rolls and put in aluminum foil. Put in fridge for 2-3 days. Take out, poke holes in Foil and bake 1 hour on a 350 degrees on a cookie sheet. Take out of foil right away. Can be frozen or serve warm or cold in sandwitches. Slice after it is cold.
  2. Stormy's note:
You can make them in 2 rolls of just over two pounds each or 4 of just over a pound or 9 rolls of 1/2 pound and give as gifts in a basket with other homemade things. Adjust cook time if doing smaller rolls
